The Ockenburgh Estate wins a 'Wild Card' in the NRP Gulden Feniks renovation prize
Gulden Feniks is a leading Dutch architecture and urbanism prize that serves to inspire by showcasing best practices in Renovation and Transformation. In this case, the power of the citizen's initiative to achieve the impossible was highly valued by the jury and awarded a 'wild card': a project not fitting any category but worthy of recognition to set an example and inspire.
In 2020, the Ockenburgh Estate was awarded the municipal HOP prize (Haagse Openbare ruimte Prijs) commending the importance of great public space.
