“She may be little but she is fierce”. With her pitched roof, exposed structure and honest materialization this tiny house is anything but ordinary. Tucked away at the back of a large garden the owners wished for their shed to be converted into a tiny house. The dream evolved into a fully self-sustaining space with a footprint of only 40m².

The actual result? A self-evident and multifunctional space ordered with just one wooden volume. This volume contains a storage area, bath- and bedroom. The open-plan living area is limited in floor area but spacious because of the generous height with its exposed rafters. All other ingredients for the design are in pared back, pale greys and support the warm glow of the wooden volume. In combination with a carefully designed lighting plan this fierce tiny house has a cozy feel and is sure to host lots of guests.
