To stay flexible and in touch with all of the ‘Fokkemaatjes’, our office is divided into agile project teams ranging in size depending on the project. Every team consists of a healthy mix of different personalities, skills, and levels of experience. The teams are all around, without a hidden hierarchy. This enables an open exchange of knowledge, visions and ideas. Besides our love for architecture, we share the same team spirit, that is not restricted by age: we consider ourselves forever young.
