The new 25,000 m2 ANWB Office in The Hague is on it's way
Good news: there’s white (or actually yellow) smoke! Since 2019, we’ve been involved in a special project for the ANWB: the significant MOVE to a brand-new headquarters. What started as a renovation plan grew into something much bigger: a move to a newly constructed office!
Together with the ANWB, we helped shape the Program of Requirements and assisted in the search for the perfect location. The corner of Juliana van Stolberglaan and Prinses Beatrixlaan emerged as the winner.
From that moment on, we could really get started: the design for an inspiring interior began to take shape, featuring a public zone with an espresso bar, co-working space, a theater, a children’s bike workshop, and an ANWB store, along with multiple work floors offering various work and meeting spaces.
In close collaboration with Provast, MVRDV, J.P. van Eesteren | TBI , and many others, the construction has finally begun! The foundation piles are being driven into the ground, and the outlines of the new ANWB headquarters are starting to become a reality. We are eagerly looking forward to this new phase where the design becomes a reality.
